Kirsti Beautyman is an illustrator who often works well past the witching hour, battling sleep deprivation to create narrative imagery inspired by folklore, mythology and tales of things that go bump in the night. Graduating in 2016 from Edinburgh College of Art with a degree in illustration, Kirsti continues to create pictures that are formed by building layers of different textures in a culmination of digital and dry media from her studio in Newcastle.
Kirsti was mentored by Helen Stephens.
